The City of Garland Senior Services is committed to providing leisure, social, and human service opportunities to Garland seniors. Adults 55 and above can participate in a wide array of educational, social, and physical activity programs in a friendly and comfortable environment.
Programs are designed to promote and foster healthy independent living, enhance quality of life and build a sense of belonging and community among older adults.

General Programs/Classes Offered at the Center: Educational Classes, Informational Seminars, Music, Games & Physical Activities, Fitness, Travel, Dancing, and Arts & Crafts.
