I am a HUB vendor. How do I sign up to do business with the City of Garland? You need to receive your certification from the State of Texas, your resident state or North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (www.nctrca.org). When you join Bidsync, enter your certification information in the designated field. When buyers pull the bid list, they will see the HUB designation.
