The city manager hosts a quarterly meeting with the Presidents and Vice-presidents of Garland homeowner and neighborhood associations to provide the community with updates and information.  The requests and concerns of the associations are used to determine the quarterly agenda.

RSVP is required for attendance.  No more than two representatives per organization may register to attend.
