A three year registration can only be issued when the animal has been administered a three year rabies vaccination.   
 
To register by mail, please mail your rabies certificate, self-addressed stamped envelope, and the appropriate fee to City of Garland Animal Services P.O. Box 469002 Garland, TX  75046.
