The City uses RFP Depot to distribute and receive bids and proposals.  There will be NO COST to the vendor for using this internet provider for the City of Garland requests.  To register as a vendor refer to www.bidsync.com.  Garland prefers electronic responses to all requests when available.
 
Bid packets may also be picked up at the City of Garland Purchasing office located at 200 N. Fifth St., Garland, Texas 75040.  For information on current bids/proposals, Purchasing may be contacted by calling 972-205-2415 or email purchase@ci.garland.tx.us or fax 972-205-2495. 

IT IS THE VENDORS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR ANY ADDENDUMS THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN ISSUED BEFORE BID CLOSING DATE AND TIME. 
 
The City of Garland Purchasing Department now accepts Visa and Mastercard for payment of plans and drawings.  When ordering by mail, please include your Federal Express number and credit card information.
